LEARN MORE ABOUT SONDEY HOOPS

Sondey Hoops was founded by Brian Sondey in 2010 who was, at the time, the head coach of Concordia College Men's program. Coach Sondey has had a major impact in the Westchester area for the past decade working with over 400 basketball families through the camp's program. Under Sondey's leadership the camp has provided a high-level basketball curriculum year after year with the counselor's consisting of current or former collegiate players.

The camp is now being directed by Iona Prep coach Geoff Rose. Rose has an extensive coaching background with stints at Clemson University, University of Delaware, Concordia college, and finally Iona Prep. Rose worked with Sondey at Concordia College and was played an integral role of running the camp during his tenure at Concordia. 

 

Mission of Sondey Hoops: We strive to improve our campers' skill and basketball knowledge, but our main focus is to give our campers confidence to be the best players they can be.
